At Joy Laundry on N Beale Rd we clean comforters, duvets, sleeping bags and pillows two ways — in our jumbo self-service machines, or as a drop-off order our team washes, dries and folds for you.
Two ways to get your comforter clean
Do it yourself: we have two sets of jumbo washers and dryers built for comforters, sleeping bags and bulky items. There's detergent in the vending machine, so you don't have to bring anything but the bedding.
Drop it off: hand it to our staff with your wash & fold, or add it to a pickup & delivery order. We wash it on a gentle cycle, dry it all the way through so there's no damp core, and fold it ready for the closet.

Before summer storage
Store bedding only after it's completely clean and dry. Body oils left in the fill attract dust mites, and any trapped moisture can mildew during a hot Valley summer in a garage or closet. Clean it, let us dry it fully, then store it in a breathable cotton bag rather than plastic.
Wildfire smoke season can also leave bedding smelling of smoke. A full wash and dry usually clears it.
Prefer pickup?
Comforters can ride along with a pickup & delivery order. Schedule online, leave the bag at your door, and it comes back clean and folded — usually within 24 hours.
