How Our Dry Cleaning Works

From the moment you hand it over to the moment it's back on your hanger.

Drop off — or schedule a pickup

Bring your garments to the counter, or bag them separately on a pickup & delivery order. Every garment is tagged to your order the moment we receive it.

    Inspect

    Care label and soil level checked; stains pre-treated with professional spotting agents and steam.

  2. 2

    Refresh

    Garments that are clean but tired get a steam refresh with deodorizer.

  3. 3

    Clean

    “Dry clean only” garments are mesh-bagged and cleaned on a gentle cycle with a specialist low-foam garment detergent, then only lightly tumbled.

  4. 4

    Press & finish

    Finished on our Presso system — steamed, air-dried, shaped and pressed. Returned on a hanger in a garment bag, tagged to your order.
