Use any bag — a laundry bag, a tote, even a trash bag works. A uniformed driver collects it at your pickup time and it comes back washed, dried, folded and bagged.
How to label
Keep dry cleaning in its own bag and mention it in your booking notes. Put delicates in a separate small bag and note any care instructions. Everything else can go in one bag for wash & fold.
We sort for you
No need to separate whites and colors — our team sorts every order. We check pockets, but please empty them first.
You don't need to be home
Leave driver notes for a safe spot: “on the porch by the front door,” “with the front office,” or “in the apartment locker.”
Turnaround & delivery
Standard pickup & delivery is back within 24 hours. Same-day is limited — check the booking flow or call. Minimum order 15 lb at $2.25/lb.
How customers use us
Weekly or every other week (recurring orders save 15%), as-needed during busy weeks, or after guests and trips.
