How do you deal with the smell of gym towels?

Used towels are washed promptly after pickup and dried completely, which is what keeps that sour, musty smell from setting in.

Can we schedule pickups more often in peak season?

Yes. Call us to adjust your schedule whenever your volume changes.

Do you supply the towels?

We launder the towels you own. We don't rent towels.

The Joy Guarantee

Members notice two things the moment they walk in: how the place smells and whether there's a clean towel waiting. Sweaty towels sitting in a bin all day work against both.

We collect your used workout and shower towels, wash them thoroughly and return them folded and fresh, so your front desk never has to tell a member you're out — even during the January rush or a hot Valley summer.
